TFI supports Missouri families interested in becoming foster parents through foster care training, home assessments, and ongoing education programs. In partnership with the Missouri Department of Social Services Children’s Division, TFI:
- Provides pre-service foster parent training and licensing support
- Conducts home studies for foster, relative, and adoptive families
- Delivers ongoing training and resources to strengthen caregiver skills
These services help build a strong network of qualified foster families across Missouri, ensuring children are placed in safe, supportive, and nurturing homes.

- 40 (Newton, McDonald)
